36 Weeks, 8 Hours Per Week, 4 Teachers

  • Actively supports students in Tiers 2 and 3 of MTSS.

  • Provides support for up to 10 students and 5 teachers (2 students/class) per semester.

  • Supports students with ADHD, Autism, Emotional Behavior Disorders, Learning Disabilities.

  • Expands capacity of new teachers and specialists.

  • Provides coaching opportunities for Student Support Staff (i.e., Behavior Specialist, Deans, Assistants).

  • Two small-group trainings or workshops for targeted teachers and staff.

  • Administrative Consultations to build or enhance tiered systems.

  • Targeted Parent Consultations to support student plan as necessary.

  • Classroom observations

  • Educational Needs Profiles Development

  • Begin initial direct therapy

  • Intervention design and plan development - Target Skills

  • Student Support Team #1 meeting to review plan

  • Weekly Teacher consultations

Weeks 4 - 8:

  • Begin formal implementation of Educational Behavior Plan

  • Provide targeted Therapy for students

  • Parent Check-ins or consultations

  • Weekly Teacher consultations

  • Workshop 1

Weeks 9 - 15

  • Midpoint Review write-up (week 9)

  • Continue targeted Therapy for students

  • Administration Check-In meeting to discuss progress

  • Weekly Teacher Consultations

Weeks 16 - 18

  • Continue targeted Therapy for students

  • Student Support Team #2 (Final) meeting to discuss progress

  • Weekly Teacher Consultations

  • Semester Data review, Outcomes, Next Steps
